Where is OnOff_Vintage sending from?
OnOff_Vintage ships its orders from the Canary Islands , a territory with a special tax regime.
Do you ship to all of Spain and Europe?
We only ship to:
- Canary Islands
- Peninsular Spain
- Countries of the European Union
Is VAT included in the price?
It depends on the destination and the order amount:
- Peninsular Spain and the European Union
- Orders ≤ €150 : Import VAT is included in the price (IOSS scheme).
- Orders > €150 : Import VAT and any applicable dispatch costs are not included and must be paid upon receipt of the order.
- Canary Islands
- Import VAT is not applied under any circumstances.
Will I have to pay anything when I receive my order?
Only on orders shipped to mainland Spain or the EU with a value exceeding €150 .
In that case, the carrier or customs may request payment of the corresponding VAT and management fees.
Does OnOff_Vintage cover customs fees?
No. Costs arising from taxes or customs clearance on orders over €150 are the responsibility of the customer.
Could there be delays due to customs?
Yes. Customs procedures can affect delivery times and are beyond OnOff_Vintage's control.
